David M. Combs - A native of Erwin, Tennessee, grew up in a family that enjoyed making music. Both of his parents and his grandmother Combs played the piano. While in college Dave played the piano for his home church in Erwin, where he also served as choir director. Dave's first composition, Rachel's Song, named for his first Goddaughter, was recorded by Gary Prim in 1986 and has become a popular instrumental standard around the world.
